"A SECOND LEAK WAS SUSPECTED AFTER BUBBLES WERE SPOTTED IN THE EI 307A AREA. THE LEAK WAS IN THE AREA OF THE ANR 16-IN LINE 607 LINE, FROM EI BLK. 307A TO EI BLK. 305. THE BUBBLES WERE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO A PREVIOUS REPAIR AND CLAMP LOCATION OCCURRING IN 2009. A DIVING BOAT WAS MOBILIZED TO INSPECT THE AREA AND ASSESS THE PIPELINE CONDITION FOR A REPAIR METHOD. THE REPAIR OF THE LINE WAS COMPLETED ON JUNE 23, 2010 WHEN A REPAIR CLAMP WAS INSTALLED. THE LINE WAS CHECKED FOR LEAKS AND PLACED BACK INTO SERVICE."
