WTG RECEIVED A LINE LOCATE REQUEST FOR THE AREA OF THE INCIDENT FROM A CONTRACTOR INSTALLING A WATER PIPELINE. WTG EMPLOYEE WHO IS QUALIFIED TO LOCATE PIPELINE MET THE CONTRACTOR ON SITE APRIL 20, 2020. OUR PIPELINE IN THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION IS POLY WITH NO TRACER WIRE. THE DISCUSSION BETWEEN THE WTG EMPLOYEE AND CONTRACTOR CONCLUDED: WTG WOULD BE ON SITE FIRST THING APRIL 21, 2020 TO FOLLOW WTG'S DAMAGE PREVENTION PROCEDURES FOR PIPELINES WITHOUT TRACER WIRE AND ASSIST IN LOCATING OUR PIPELINE. APPROXIMATELY TWO HOURS AFTER THIS ON-SITE MEETING BETWEEN THE WTG EMPLOYEE AND THE CONTRACTOR, WE RECEIVED NOTIFICATION FROM THE CONTRACTOR THAT HE HAD DUG INTO OUR PIPELINE.
