ON 4/10/2024 AT APPROXIMATELY 8:00 PM CDT, ENTERPRISE OPERATIONS PERSONNEL WERE PERFORMING MAINTENANCE ON THE RECEIVER BYPASS VALVE AT THE C138 TARZAN PUMP STATION WHEN A LEAK WAS DISCOVERED BETWEEN THE VALVE BODY AND BONNET DUE TO O-RING FAILURE. ON 4/12/2024 AT 12:51 PM CDT IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE VALVE WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED, RESULTING IN REPAIR COSTS EXCEEDING $50,000. NRC AND TRRC WERE NOTIFIED ACCORDINGLY.
