ON 5/12/2024 AT 19:45 CDT, ENTERPRISE OPERATOR, DURING STATION ROUNDS, DISCOVERED CRUDE RELEASE FROM THE 6 O'CLOCK POSITION ON A FACILITY LINE AT APPELT TANK FARM; APPROXIMATELY 4.72 BARRELS OF CRUDE OIL REACHED THE GROUND. THE CAUSE WAS DETERMINED TO BE FROM A PINHOLE DUE TO INTERNAL CORROSION. THE SITE WAS REMEDIATED, AND THE PIPE WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE.
