AN MIPC EMPLOYEE PERFORMING ROUNDS OBSERVED A GASOLINE STAIN ON THE CHIME AND CAULKING OF TANK 708 ON 7/16/24 AT 745 HOURS. THERE WAS NO PRODUCT PUDDLING ON THE GROUND, JUST MINOR STAINING. SOIL WAS PROPERLY COLLECTED AND DISPOSED. TANK 708 WAS SAFELY EMPTIED AND TAKEN OUT OF SERVICE IN PREPARATION FOR AN API STD 653 OUT-OF-SERVICE INSPECTION.
