ON AUGUST 7, 2024 AT 13:57 CST, DURING PIPELINE REPAIRS ON THE WEST RED LINE NEAR MILE POST 36.5, A BURN-THRU OCCURRED RESULTING IN A LEAK. PIPE REPLACEMENT COSTS EXCEEDED $50,000 WHICH REQUIRED AN NRC NOTIFICATION. OQ'S WERE SUSPENDED IMMEDIATELY FOR THE WELDER PERFORMING THE WORK.
