ON SEPTEMBER 12, 2024, AT APPROXIMATELY 10:55 A.M. A WESTERN MIDSTREAM EMPLOYEE OBSERVED A LEAK COMING FROM A 10-INCH PIG TRAP RECEIVER. WESTERN MIDSTREAM SENIOR FIELD OPERATIONS EMPLOYEE THEN DISPATCHED PIPELINE FIELD PERSONAL AT 11:01 A.M. AND CONFIRMED CRUDE OIL RELEASE AT 11:30 A.M. ON SEPTEMBER 12, 2024, AT APPROXIMATELY 11:35 A.M. OPERATIONS STOPPED THE LEAK. THE RELEASE DID NOT RESULT IN ANY INJURIES OR MAJOR DAMAGES. THIS EVENT WAS DETERMINED AS A REPORTABLE ACCIDENT DUE TO CRUDE OIL RELEASE GREATER THAN 5 GALLONS.
