ON 9/17/2024 AT 13:40 CST, DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION AT XTO BLOCK 20 STATION, AN ENTERPRISE TECHNICIAN LEFT OPEN A VALVE TO A SUMP. THE SUMP OVERFILLED, RESULTING IN APPROXIMATELY 20 GALLONS OF A CRUDE OIL SPILL. THE VALVE WAS CLOSED TO ISOLATE THE SPILL, AND AREA WAS REMEDIATED. TECHNICIAN'S OQS WERE SUSPENDED, PENDING RETRAINING.
