ON 10/18/2024 AT 09:00 CDT AN ENTERPRISE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON SITE AT TW/CHAPARRAL ENERGY PUMP STATION AND OBSERVED THAT A SECTION OF THE BEARING COOLING TUBING ON PUMP UNIT 2 HAD BROKEN AND SPRAYED APPROXIMATELY 10 GAL DIESEL ONTO THE PUMP BASE AND SURROUNDING AREA. THE PUMP WAS ISOLATED AND TUBING WAS REPLACED.
