Incident Narrative
A SUSPECTED LEAK ON ANR'S CHENIER PERDUE METER STATION PIPING WAS APPARENTLY NOTICED FIRST BY THE PRODUCER WHO SUPPLIES THE GAS TO THE METER STATION. THE LEAK WAS LOCATED NEAR THE SOUTH FENCE LINE IN ANR'S METER STATION YARD. UPON EXCAVATING THE PIPE, THE LEAK WAS CONFIRMED. A REPAIR CLAMP WAS INSTALLED ON SEPTEMBER 15, 2010, ON THE DAMAGED AREA OF PIPE, COMPLETING THE REPAIR OPERATION.
