WHILE EXCAVATING TO VERIFIY EXISTING VALVE TYPE AND SIZE A PLIDCO SADDLE SHIFTED RESULTED IN A MINOR LEAK. DECISIONS WERE MADE TO BLOCK IN AND BLOW DOWN SECTION OF 20.0"" PIPELINE AND REPLACE SADDLE WITH NEW PIPE.
