INDICATIONS OF BUBBLES ON THE WATER SURFACE IN WEST CAMERON 513 WERE REPORTED BY A PLATFORM OPERATOR AT 2:30 PM ON SEPTEMBER 29, 2010. UPON INVETIGATION IT WAS DETERMINED THE LEAK WAS CAUSED BY A PINHOLE LEAK RESULTING FOM INTERNAL CORROSION. A LEAK CLAMP WAS INSTALLED AS A PERMANENT REPAIR.
