"ON AUGUST 16, 2013, TENNESSEE GAS PIPELINE (TGP) COMPANY RECEIVED A REPORT FROM A 3RD PARTY AIRCRAFT OF BUBBLES INDICATING A LEAK IN THE VICINITY OF TGP'S 24"" 523M-3700 PIPELINE ON THE OCS, OFFSHORE LOUISIANA. THE LEAK WAS ISOLATED AND CONTRACTED DIVERS RESPONDED TO INVESTIGATE. A PINHOLE LEAK IN THE PIPE BODY AT THE 6 O'CLOCK POSITION NEAR THE GIRTH WELD WAS FOUND. A CLAMP WAS INSTALLED AND THE PIPELINE WAS PLACED BACK INTO SERVICE."
