PRODUCTION OPERATOR PERSONNEL REPORTED BUBBLES AND A LIGHT SHEEN IN THE VICINITY OF TENNESSEE GAS PIPELINE (TGP) COMPANY'S PIPELINE ON THE OCS IN THE SOUTH TIMABALIER AREA, BLOCK 37. TGP DISPATCHED DIVERS WHO FOUND A PINHOLE LEAK AT THE 6 O'CLOCK POSITION ON ITS 20"" 524J-100 PIPELINE. INTERNAL CORROSION IS SUSPECTED AS THE CAUSE. THE LEAK WAS REPAIRED BY INSTALLATION OF A CLAMP AND THE PIPELINE WAS PLACED BACK INTO SERVICE.
