Incident Narrative
A REPAIR ON THE PIPELINE WAS COMPLETED BY INSTALLING A CLAMP ON THE LILNE. WHILE THE PIPE WAS BEING PRESSURED UP TO TEST THE CLAMP, A NEW LEAK WAS DETECTED ABOUT 2000 FEET FROM THE REPAIR. THE PIPELINE WAS SHUT DOWN UNTIL A DECISION CAN BE MADE ON A PLAN FORWARD.
