FIELD INSTALLED SHRINK SLEEVE WAS DAMAGED AND DISBONDED DURING INSTALLATION WHEN THE PIPE WAS PULLED THROUGH THE BORE HOLE EXPOSING THE EXTERIOR OF THE STEEL PIPE TO THE EFFECTS OF ""TENTING"" AND ATMOSPHERIC CORROSION.
