TARGA RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF GAS BUBBLES IN WATER SIGHTED NEAR LOCATION OF COMPANY PIPELINE. TARGA RESPONDED BY HELICOPTER AND IDENTIFIED LEAK AS ORIGINATING FROM COMPANY PIPELINE. TARGA DISPATCHED REPAIR DIVE BOAT TO SITE. PIPELINE WAS REPAIRED BY INSTALLATION OF A BELTED REPAIR CLAMP.
