TENNESSEE GAS PIPELINE WAS NOTIFIED OF A 20 FOOT DIAMETER RING OF BUBBLES IN THE VICINTY OF ITS 12 INCH SNG EC 46 LINE. DIVERS CONFIRMED A PINHOLE LEAK AT THE 4 O'CLOCK POSITION, 8 FEET FROM A FIELD JOINT. A REPAIR CLAMP WAS INSTALLED AND THE LINE WAS PLACED BACK INTO SERVICE.
