DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER, TENNESSEE GAS PIPELINE EXPERIENCED AN ESD AT STATION 823 ITS KINDER COMPRESSOR STATION. ONE BLOCK VALVE FAILED TO CLOSE COMPLETELY ALLOWING NATURAL GAS TO VENT AND EXCEED THE REPORTING REQUIREMENT.
