INDICATIONS OF BUBBLES ON THE WATER SURFACE IN WEST CAMERON BLOCK 549 WERE REPORTED BY A PLATFORM OPERATOR ON SEPTEMBER 6, 2012. THE LEAK WAS CAUSED BY A PINHOLE RESULTING FROM INTERNAL CORROSION. A LEAK CLAMP WAS INSTALLED FOR PERMANENT REPAIR.
