LEAK RESULTED FROM A CRACK IN A WRINKLE BEND. CAUSE IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION. THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETED ON FEBRUARY 14, 2014 BUT THE LINE HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED TO SERVICE DUE TO OTHER PLANNED WORK. 11-10-14 UPDATED FOR FINAL REPORT.
