PEOPLES GAS HAS COMPLETED ITS INVESTIGATION FOR GD REPORT # 20210015. THE INVESTIGATION FOUND THAT THE FRACTURE IN THE FUSION APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY INSUFFICIENT MIXING ACROSS THE FUSION LINE OF THE WELD. A LACK OF FUSION OCCURRED IN THE WELD. PEOPLES GAS CONSIDERS THE REPORT CLOSED AND WOULD LIKE THE REPORT STATUS UPDATED TO REFLECT CLOSED.
