GULF SOUTH PIPELINE, LP EXPERIENCED A PIPELINE FAILURE ON ITS INDEX 202 IN EVANGELINE PARISH, LA NEAR TURKEY CREEK AS THE RESULT OF THIRD-PARTY DAMAGE. PIPELINE WAS STRUCK BY A PARISH ROAD CONTRACTOR CLEANING THE ROADWAY DITCH. NO ONE-CALL WAS MADE BY THE ROAD CONTRACTOR. NO INJURIES WERE INCURRED.
