GARBAGE/ DUMPSTER FIRE CAUSED DAMAGE TO BLACK HILLS ENERGY METER SET AND REGULATOR. THE FIRE MELTED THE REGULATOR CAUSING IGNITION. MANCHESTER IOWA FIRE DEPARTMENT HAD THE GAS SHUT OFF BY THE TIME THE BHE TECH ARRIVED.
