DRIVER FELL ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL WHILE OPERATING A PRIVATE OWNED PASSENGER CAR. VEHICLE HIT THE REGULATOR STATION BARRICADES AND DAMAGED THE BARRICADES AND REGULATOR STATION. LEAKAGE WAS ON A .25 FITTING. GAS WAS NOT BLOWING.
