EXCAVATOR WORKING FOR OPERATOR FAILED TO PROTECT THE PIPE FROM EXCAVATION DAMAGE. DIRT SLOUGHED OFF BANK STRIKING A 1-INCH DRIP LINE AND BROKE A 1-INCH NIPPLE JUST ABOVE THE VALVE.
