"MAIN UNIT FUEL GAS RELIEF VALVE ACTIVATED. OPERATIONS DISCOVERED RELIEF VALVE AT 7AM. OPERATIONS THINKS A POWER SURGE CAUSED A TURBINE TO GO DOWN WHICH LED TO THE RELEASE DURING SEVERE STORMS OVERNIGHT. OPERATIONS TRENDED THE RELEASE, IT STARTED AROUND 745 PM LAST NIGHT. RELEASE WAS REPORTED TO THE NRC OUT OF AN ABUNDANCE OF CAUTION AND GAS VENTED WAS LATER DETERMINED TO BE 3.9927MMSCF."
