A THIRD PARTY SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT DETERMINED THE PROXIMATE CAUSE OF THIS INCIDENT WAS LAND MOVEMENT, OR SLIP, EXERTED FORCE ON THE PIPE CAUSING A CIRCUMFERENTIAL CRACK IN AN AREA WHERE EVIDENCE OF SCC AND GENERAL CORROSION WERE FOUND AND IS STILL PENDING FURTHER INVESTIGATION TO DETERMINE IF THERE WERE ANY OTHER CONTRIBUTING FACTORS.
