"ON 3/1/2023 AROUND 22:30 LOCAL TIME SYSTEM MANAGEMENT WAS NOTIFIED BY EMERGENCY RESPONDERS THAT AN AUTO PARTS BUILDING THAT HAD L.P GAS SERVICE WAS ON FIRE. EMERGENCY RESPONDERS THEN CLOSED THE RISER SERVICE VALVE AND SECURED/LOCKED IT AT THAT TIME. CAUSE OF FIRE IS UNCLEAR, ESTIMATED COST OF DAMAGES IS UNKNOWN. THE INCIDENT IS UNDER INVESTIGATION, THIS FORM IS SUBMITTED AS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE."
