PIPELINE SHUT IN UNDER PRESSURE DUE TO PLANT TURNAROUND. THE CALCULATED VOLUME OF GAS RELEASED WAS CONFIRMED REPORTABLE ON 5/26/2022 AT 18:56 AND WAS REPORTED TO THE TEXAS RRC/ INCIDENT # 2624. PIPE SENT FOR METALLURGICAL EVALUATION AND FINAL REPORT RECEIVED ON 10/21/2022. METALLURGICAL REPORT INDICATES INTERNAL CORROSION IN ENVIRONMENT CONTAINING H2S. PIPELINE RETURNED TO SERVICE WITH A REDUCED OPERATING PRESSURE BASED ON CALCULATED SAFETY MARGIN FROM FAILURE PRESSURE.
