"PERSON DRIVING A FORD EDGE WITH A TAG# AJV 53U RAN OFF THE ROAD AND STRUCK A GUARDED VALVE SETTING. KNOCKED OFF 2"" VALVE BLOWN DOWN STACK ALLOWING GAS TO BLOW THROUGH THE 2"" OPENING. FIRE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL WERE ABLE TO ISOLATE THE LINE BY CLOSING A MAIN LINE VALVE."
