ON 7/13/2022 THE COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT WAS NOTIFIED OF A LINE STRIKE DUE TO A FALLEN TREE, LOCATED IN PUTNAM COUNTY, WV GPS 38.525151; -81.776834. THE TREE STRUCK X-7266 ADJACENT TO WELL 1388 WHERE THE GAS IS METERED, RUPTURING THE PIPING. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE REPORTING THRESHOLD OF 3 MMCF HAD BEEN REACHED.
