EXTENDED OPERATION OF RELIEF VALVE BELOW PIPELINE MAOP DUE TO INCREASED GAS PRESSURE FROM MAINTENANCE PIGGING OPERATIONS. FOLLOWING RELEASE PSV TESTED AND CONFIRMED CORRECT OPERATION. PROJECT INITIATED TO ADD FLOW SENSORS TO THE RELIEF VALVE AND EVALUATE CONTROL LOGIC FOR SLUG CATCHER INLET CONTROL VALVES TO PREVENT FUTURE RELEASES.
