AN ACTUATION OF DTM'S OPP DEVICE LED TO AN UNINTENTIONAL RELEASE OF NATURAL GAS EXCEEDING 3 MMCF. THIS ACTUATION WAS CAUSED BY THE INCORRECT SET POINTS ON THE PRODUCER'S PRESSURE REGULATING EQUIPMENT UPSTREAM OF THE CUSTODY TRANSFER POINT BETWEEN THE TWO SYSTEMS.
