DC GAS RECEIVED CALL ABOUT A GAS LEAK AT INTERSECTION OF CR 51 & CR 212 AT 3:44 PM ON 10/18/25. PERSONNEL ARRIVED ON SCENE AT 3:55 PM AND IMMEDIATELY COMMUNICATED WITH EMERGENCY SERVICES ABOUT THE SITUATION. THE MAIN WAS SQUEEZED OFF 75 FT AWAY FROM INCIDENT AT 4:33 PM AND THE FIRE WAS EXTINGUISHED. WE WAITED FOR CREWS TO REMOVE THE DAMAGED MACHINERY AND THEN COMPLETED OUR REPAIRS. GAS WAS RESTORED TO THE ONLY AFFECTED CUSTOMER AT 11:50 PM.
