ON 9/17/2023, AT ABOUT 20:13, OCC OBSERVED A PRESSURE DROP ON THE SONORA 20' PIPELINE. OCC OPERATOR NOTIFIED FIELD OPERATIONS OF A POSSIBLE LEAK. FIELD OPERATIONS BEGAN TO ISOLATE BLOCK VALVE 2 AT 21:00 AND BLOCK VALVE 3 AT 22:00. LOCATION OF THE EVENT WAS NOT FOUND UNTIL 01:30 ON 9/18/2023. DUE TO THE RELEASE OF NATURAL GAS A SAFETY PERIMETER WAS ESTABLISHED UNTIL 08:00 WHEN THE AREA WAS DEEMED SAFE TO ENTER. AT 08:30, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT EVENT WOULD TRIGGER AN NRC REPORTING FOR A RELEASE OF MORE THAN 3MMSCF. AT 09:23, NRC WAS NOTIFIED.
