Incident Narrative
A STATION ESD ACTIVATED WITH PLC POWER LOSS ISSUES AT THE FACILITY. THE INLET ESD VALVE DID NOT FULLY CLOSE RESULTING IN AN UNINTENDED RELEASE OF RESIDUE GAS TO ATMOSPHERE THROUGH THE STATION VENT.
