THIRD PARTY EXCAVATOR WAS REMOVING A CONCRETE SLAB OUTSIDE THE MARKED ONE CALL TICKET AREA AND CUT INTO THE PIPELINE WITH A CONCRETE SAW. THE NRC WAS NOT NOTIFIED BECAUSE THE INCIDENT DID NOT MEET THE CRITERIA FOR ONE HOUR NOTIFICATION. MARIO SOLIS WITH THE TEXAS RRC WANTS A 30 DAY FOLLOW UP FILED. THIS REPORT IS ONLY FILED AS A FOLLOW UP TO THE ONE HOUR NOTIFICATION.
