AT THIS TIME THE INCIDENT IS UNDER INVESTIGATION BY CHIEF DEPUTY FIRE MARSHAL DONALD A. BRUCKER CERTIFIED FIRE & EXPLOSION INVESTIGATOR, ALLEGHENY COUNTY FIRE MARSHAL'S OFFICE.
