"A RELIEF VALVE ON THE HEBRON STORAGE FIELD WITHDRAWAL LINE OPENED AT 1172 PSIG, BELOW ITS SET POINT OF 1250 PSIG. THE PIPELINE WAS ISOLATED AND THE RELIEF VALVE WAS SENT TO A THIRD PARTY FOR INVESTIGATION AND A REBUILD. THE INVESTIGATION IS PENDING."
