"DUE TO A SNOW AND ICE EVENT IN THE AREA, A POWER LINE FELL AND MADE CONTACT WITH INSTRUMENT TUBING. THIS RESULTED IN AN ELECTRICAL SURGE TRAVELING THROUGH THE TUBING, CAUSING AN ARC FLASH AND SUBSEQUENTLY IGNITING THE GAS."
