DAMAGE TO THE PIPELINE OCCURRED WHEN IT WAS IMPACTED BY SOIL MOVEMENT IN THE RIGHT OF WAY. THE INCIDENT LOCATION HAD SEEN OVER 5 INCHES OF RAIN OVER THE PREVIOUS TWO WEEKS. THE FORCE OF THE SOIL MOVEMENT RESULTED IN A LATERAL MOVEMENT OF THE PIPELINE RESULTING IN TWO BUCKLES, AND RESULTING CRACKS, IN THE PIPE.
