5/19/24 13:04, OPERATOR RECEIVED A REPORT OF GAS VENTING AT CLAREMORE COMPRESSOR STATION. TECHNICIAN WAS DISPATCHED TO THE STATION TO INVESTIGATE REPORT. ON 5/19/24 AT 13:40, TECHNICIAN ARRIVAL AT THE STATION. TECHNICIAN IDENTIFIED UNIT 427 DISCHARGE RELIEF VALVE VENTING INTO THE YARD SILENCER. AT 14:00, TECHNICIAN NOTIFIED SYSTEM CONTROL OF THE INCIDENT. TECHNICIAN ENTERS THE BUILDING AND TAKES UNIT 427 OFFLINE AND ISOLATED THE UNIT. 14:07, TECHNICIAN NOTIFIED SYSTEM CONTROL OF THE PROBLEM AND INSTRUCTED THEM TO START UP UNIT 428 AND PUT IT ONLINE TO REPLACE UNIT 427. UPON INVESTIGATION OF THE FAILURE, TECHNICIAN IDENTIFIED A TUBING SENSING LINE, THAT WENT TO THE UNIT RELIEF VALVE, HAD FAILED RESULTING IN THE CAUSE OF THE RELIEF VALVE VENTING. AT 14:20, TECHNICIAN STARTED GATHERING DATA TO DETERMINE THE AMOUNT OF GAS LOSS THAT WAS VENTED DURING THIS INCIDENT. AT 14:55, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE GAS LOSS FOR THE INCIDENT WAS 8,475 MSCF MAKING THIS A REPORTABLE INCIDENT. AT 15:03, DOT COMPLIANCE WAS NOTIFIED OF THE REPORTABLE INCIDENT. AT 15:23, NOTIFICATION WAS MADE TO THE NATIONAL RESPONSE CENTER (INCIDENT REPORT # 1399561). ON 05/20/24 AT 08:00, TUBING LINE WAS REPLACED (WITH A HIGH-PRESSURE FLEX STEEL LINE TO PREVENT INCIDENT FROM RECURRING AGAIN IN THE FUTURE), RELIEF VALVE WAS RETESTED AND PUT BACK IN SERVICE.
