"BUBBLES WERE OBSERVED AND AN ODOR OF NATURAL GAS WAS DETECTED BY A PERSON FISHING ON THE INDIAN RIVER NEAR HWY 520 @ THE HUBERT HUMPHREY BRIDGE (SOUTH SIDE) THIS PERSON NOTIFIED FCG WHO RESPONDED AND DETERMINED THERE WAS A COUPLING LEAKING ON A 6"" STEEL MAIN. THE DEPTH OF WATER IS APPROX 8FT DEEP AND THE PIPE IS COVERED WITH APPROX 4FT GROUND. A QUALIFIED DIVE TEAM WAS UTILIZED TO UNCOVER THE MAIN AND MAKE THE REPAIR."
