COMMERCIAL POWER WAS LOST AT PLAINS STATION FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS WHICH CAUSED PRESSURE TO BACK UP AT THE EUNICE COMPRESSOR STATION AND LED TO THE ACTUATION OF THE RELIEF VALVE.
