GAS TRAVELED FROM A DAMAGED 3"" POLY MAIN TO 5000 ARDEN AVE IN EDINA MINNESOTA WHERE AN EXPLOSION AND FIRE OCCURRED. A THIRD PARTY DAMAGED THE CENTERPOINT ENERGY MAIN DURING A DIRECTIONAL BORING PROCESS TO INSTALL TELECOMMUNICATIONS.
