THIRD PARTY LOST CONTROL OF VEHICLE WHICH JUMPED (1) CONCRETE CURB STOP AND (1) CONCRETE CURB BEFORE RUNNING OVER METER SET ASSEMBLY AND CRASHING IN TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM OF THE INWOOD APARTMENTS. ESCAPING GAS FROM THE DAMAGED FACILITY IGNITED FROM UNDETERMINED/UNKNOWN IGNITION SOURCE.
