THE COMPANY RECEIVED A REPORT OF A HOUSE EXPLOSION AND RESPONDED TO ASSIST THE FIRE DEPARTMENT AND LAW ENFORCEMENT. THE INCIDENT WAS ATTRIBUTED TO THIRD PARTY DAMAGE TO THE SERVICE LINE PIPING.
