COMPANY'S CONTRACTOR WAS REPLACING EXISTING 12-INCH CAST IRON MAIN BY DIRECTIONAL BORING WHEN A 4-INCH CAST IRON STUB WAS BROKEN DURING THE BACK REAMING PROCESS.
