"THIRD PARTY EXCAVATOR WAS INSTALLING WATER MAIN. EXCAVATOR HIT A 3/4"" STEEL SERVICE LINE CAUSING A RELEASE OF GAS NEAR THE FOUNDATION OF THE HOME. GAS MIGRATED INSIDE AND RESULTED IN AN EXPLOSION AND FIRE."
